I’ve been a professional artist for 15 years, first exhibiting at the Mulberry Tree Gallery in Swanage, Dorset, in 2009. My paintings are drawn from life, mainly in the UK and most frequently along the banks of the River Thames in Surrey and on the hills, fields, cliffs and beaches of the Isle of Purbeck in Dorset
I enjoy painting people at work or play and have painted actors and players at Hampton Court Palace, volunteers at the Lifeboat Station in Swanage and in Bushy Park in Surrey and people simply enjoying themselves in the pub: notably at the Square & Compass in Worth Matravers, Purbeck

CURRENT PROJECTS
I have completed my work as “artist in residence” at the RNLI Swanage and I am currently working on two private commissions. The details remain confidential for the time being but the public unveiling and display of a portrait commission will take place in the next few months
